The Devin Waring Foundation was formed to bring education and awareness to the prevention of suicide. We have funded a therapy dog at Horizon Health Services, Horizon Village in Sanborn, NY

 

Our annual Drive for Devin Golf Tournament, our primary fundraiser, supports Hilary’s House. A new, welcoming space where patients and families can connect, rebuild, and relax while in treatment at Horizon Health Services, Horizon Village.  Our tournament draws over 250 people each year. 

 

Our fundraising efforts have also provided financial support to Crisis Services supporting their mental health education and suicide prevention programs. 

 

Through programs supported by our foundation and our social media presence we want to provide a message that if an individual is struggling, there is hope, and support available. Suicide affects all ages, races, and genders. Any person who needs help, or is struggling with suicidal thoughts, will benefit from our organization. We will make it our goal to continuously raise money for awareness of suicide and its prevention.
